I prefer to use Email Detail Archive
https://emailindetail.com/howto/how-...ert-pst-to-pdf for the most essential files but that is just me. There are only so many files I truly care about saving. This is the fastest, easiest and simplest that I've found. It's fast, reliable, and has a lot of other features too.
