I haven't had any problems.....yet, but wanted to know if anyone has had any issues with the swirl flaps. I've heard that all issues where taken care of on US models after 2008.....Anyone?

i just removed mine a coupe of days ago. now the car went back to normal. more power and better mpg. just open your intake and take a look yourself you will know if you need to remove it or not
