I always had a thing for s65 in a 4 door form and I recently found one in IB. I wanted a slick top and a manual in IB, but I got a DCT with a sunroof. Can't complain.

I did a ton of stuff in the first month and looking for recommendations on what else I should be considering.

I'm specifically looking for someone who understands the enthusiast market and can properly account for an E90 M3's specification, condition and documented major maintenance rather than relying primarily on generic valuation databases.

The car is a 2011 E90 M3, Space Gray, ZCP, 135k miles, with documented rod bearings and throttle actuators, 359M wheels, Öhlins R&T suspension and several Dinan upgrades.

If anyone has personally used an appraiser in Illinois, I'd really appreciate the name and your experience with them. A little background, I've owned near 100 vehicles and always find a reason to sell one to buy another. This is my 3rd M3. My first was a new 2015 F80 Manual "stripper" spec, and I recently sold my G80 to buy this E92.

most recent owner installed carbon grills, carbon mirror caps, carbon front splitters. The Mperformance exhaust isnt on the car anymore :/
rod bearings done around 35k miles

upcoming plans :
-Get the paint cleaned up as there is some swirling , but overall the paint is in great shape for a 15 year old vehicle.
-Repair the 359 wheels - unsure if I will go with original silver or gloss black
- Install new front undertray and fix front left fender liner
- some type of exhaust system, stock is just too quiet. Any recommendations for something possibly valved?
- repair valve cover leaks , possibly upgrade to a billet cover? Any recommendations?

Lightly ported heads with Supertech valvesprings, retainers, locks and seats
Schrick 292/292 camshafts with stock hydraulic lifters
SRD oil pump gears
Stock injectors and coils
Tuned on a Motec M190 with full CAN-based control of throttle actuators and idle control valve.

Pins go into wire 3 for switched power and wire 10 for ground within the mirror housing itself, not the sunroof... Pins go into wire 3 for switched power and wire 10 for ground within the mirror housing itself, not the sunroof button compartment, so this should work on carbon roof and slick tops, and all is pretty self explanatory.
