So what are your predictions?

Last race on Silverstone showed that the battle between Ferrari and Mercedes is on. Ferrari sure made some advances, but I think the Mercedes PU still is the strongest one especially on low energy recuperation tracks like Spa. But there are reliability issues.
And what will RB do? They have to adapt the rear wing to solve the dangerous loss of sudden downforce. Can they do that without loosing performance? I think they will struggle. Things are not going well at RB...

This is my prediction:
1. ANT
2. RUS
3. LEC
4. NOR
5. VER
6. HAM
7. HAD
8. PIA
8. GAS
9. LIN
10. COL

I do like me some Checo:

"There are many drivers in Formula 1 who are going to leave the sport without even a win or a podium, and it's not because they didn't perform or didn't deserve it. They're fantastic drivers. I mean, it's crazy that Hulkenberg has only one podium in his career. I grew up with him, he's one of the best drivers, but he hasn't had the opportunity, he hasn't been in the right place at the right time. That's how Formula 1 is."

So much truth, Hulkenberg deserved a quality ride earlier in his career.

Your post has brought back memories of New Zealander, Chris Amon. Considered by many to be the best F1 driver to never win a grand prix. Amon and many other great F1 drivers throughout the history of modern F1 just found circumstances to difficult to have the success they sought.

This from Wikipedia:
"Amon is widely regarded as one of the best F1 drivers never to win a Grand Prix. His reputation for bad luck was such that fellow driver Mario Andretti once joked that "if he became an undertaker, people would stop dying". Former Ferrari Principal/Technical Director Mauro Forghieri stated that Amon was "by far the best test driver I have ever worked with. He had all the qualities to be a World Champion but bad luck just wouldn't let him be".
Spa is another HP circuit so I cannot see Alpine challenging VCARB. Hungary is a different matter entirely, so until then:

1. ANT
2. VER
3. RUS
4. HAM
5. LEC
6. NOR
7. PIA
8. HAD
9. LAW
10. LIN

The face or character doesn't fit, F1 is a b@tch and he is just invisible to the champagne and caviar stuffing faces looking from above. Reminds me a bit of Heinz Harald Frentzen.

It'll be more or less the same over here, in any case more temp manageable for the drivers at least but it won't make any difference to MAX.

Yeah right and it's Ferrari mate.
BREAKING: F1 will be replacing Bahrain with the I-95 Grand Prix. Maine to Florida. 2 laps. Everyday traffic is still on the road. No speed limits. Every bridge is a Straight Mode zone. If you get a penalty you have to go through the cash only toll booth. Good luck.
