We’re excited to release the new MMX Performance Aluminum DCT Oil Pan, engineered as a complete solution to the known limitations of the factory plastic sump.
For those running higher power levels, tracking their cars, or simply looking for long-term reliability, the OEM plastic pan is a weak point. Heat, load, and time all work against it. MMX addressed this by developing a fully billet replacement designed to improve cooling, oil control, and overall durability.
Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the MMX pan increases fluid capacity by up to 1.4 liters (1.48 quarts), giving the system more thermal stability and improved lubrication under sustained load. The exterior features deep cooling fins to maximize surface area and heat dissipation, helping maintain consistent operating temperatures.
Internally, the pan incorporates a proper baffling system to control oil movement under acceleration and cornering. This ensures consistent pickup and stable pressure, especially important for DCT performance and longevity.
Installation is straightforward. Unlike other aftermarket options, this pan uses an OEM-spec gasket so there’s no need for sealant. It retains compatibility with the factory DCT filter and reuses the OEM magnet.
For those looking to take things further, MMX integrated three additional -8AN ports. These allow for external cooling setups or temp sensors, making this a solid option for more serious builds.
