This is a repost of my original post, but I accidentally put it in the 3 series section instead of the M3 page. I moved this here because that's ultimately what I drive!
Long time reader, first time poster. I've owned a Jerez e92 for about 3 years now with little to no issues (for a while). I've probably put over 30k within my ownership, but most importantly brought her past 100k.
On Easter Sunday this year my throttle actuator on bank 1 went out, and I was going to do this myself until I was chatting with Trevor and the boys at Woodward Automotive in Mendon Mass. I was paranoid about my RBs so we were already planning on that, he threw in a pretty damn good deal for the TAs to be added on that I really couldn't resist. I won't expose the brother's pricing, but I can tell you I couldn't find another shop in the Boston area that could have gotten anywhere near the prices Trevor was quoting me.
He ended up doing my RBs, TAs, Fuel injectors, Oil filter housing and gasket, and my coolant thermostat for a very competitive price. I think their expertise simply allows them to work faster than any other shop, and those cut labor hours are reflected on your price as the client.
For anyone wondering, Trevor told me the bearings had been done, but oddly replaced with OEM bearings (why on earth idk). You can see wear is not too bad (I also baby my car as much as I can).
Overall would 100% recommend this place to anyone within 100 miles. Service is worth it and above all else COMMUNICATION. The automotive industry seems to be the only place in the world where you can spend thousands upon thousands and be treated like a bum for asking questions and wanting clarification and constant/clear communication. Trevor answers the phone literally constantly, he might be a wizard. I have never in my life received such great communication from anyone in this business as I saw with Woodward. Cannot vouch for this place enough, if you've got any problems they can handle it and do it at a fair price, with clear and responsive communication.
