My friend's iDrive screen is stuck

After car parked in garage the entire winter, my friend found out the battery tender was accidentally disconnected, so the car has lost power, battery was weak couldn't start the car, but the dash has power. then my friend's iDrive screen is stuck, below is the sequence of the screenshots ...

He tried restart the iDrive two times, still the same results.

any clue?

The screenshot indicates the rear parking sensor malfunction, is that true?
