Squeaky, high pitch noise from engine (VIDEO)

Hi!
I got a manual e92 m3 (2007) and i got a high pitch noise coming the enginebay, near the radiator. Does anyone have experience on what it could be? It tends to go away after engine is properly hot, started about 3-4 days ago, and extemely noisy some times, like i hear the noise more than the engine lol. Even from driver seat.

Ps.: i have sprayed water on my belt as you can maybe see cuz i suspected the serpentine belt being the problem, but it didnt go away. This recording was done after i sprayed the water. But it does this all the time on cold starts.

Is it only coming from the passenger side? Those are the AC compressor and the power steering pump. The Idler and tensioner are to the right towards the crank pulley.

Trying to isolate:
1) is your PS reservoir full? 2) does AC blow cold?

3) Does the noise change if you turn steering wheel?

4) Does the noise change if you turn AC on or off?
