Pricing on 2011 E92 M3

My friend has just offered me to buy his 2011 E92 M3 Silverstone w/ Black interior 6 spd. It has a carbon roof, and I believe it is a single hump. Clean title and no accidents. The car has 20,000 km, TAs and RBs have not been done because of the low mileage. What is something like this worth?

I, like many, consider the single hump, carbon roof, 6-speed LCI to be the best spec available, and its in a great color combo, AND it's accident free low miles? Only way that gets better is if it has the competition package. For price, I'm with Pierre here, its a 60k+ CAD car. The closest comparison I could find on the auction sites was this one from the states.

I'll also note that there's only 7 or 8 of those cars with that spec in Canada according to this lovely site.

If your friend is selling it to you for ~$50k CAD or less, take the deal immediately and don't look back. The guy should be putting it on an auction site to get the most money, its a great spec.
