RBR still beat them by a country mile and MAX will flatten them again at Baku, with the longest straight NOR and PIA s#it scared
I think McLaren just got the setup wrong, but think they'll correct for Baku. Max did win here once, but the slow sharp corners aren't usually his strongpoint. Checo beat him twice here in the "same" car.

I sorta think this is Piastri's race to lose.

Just look at Kelly's hand my friend . What a great shot (!) :cool!:
Should distract PIA and NOR so MAX can nail another win :D

If they did get it wrong then it must have been quite a bit out seing the ease that MAX got past Lando the second time.
At Baku it'll be what wing angles to choose on the straight vs those slow sharp corners. RBR have will have the same head scratcher but with the sudden change in car 1's pace I think there is another new factor here.

I'm pretty sure , things are changed now by his Monza MAX design upgrades :D

At Baku, a 1st & 2nd finish by the McLaren drivers will clinch the 2025 World Constructors Championship. Check the odds out...the bookies are counting on it.

There's always a chance that the McLarens will take each other out (!)
The question is not IF but WHEN. It's just a matter of time..

Norris wants the WDC lead ASAP . That's what Brown wants as well.

Notice that we're seeing more of these so called "fans of F1" wishing and hoping for accidents? It's sad.

No I wish nothing . You got me wrong and It's not sad . In the current situation It can happen at Ferrari as well in a fight to be the #1 Ferrari driver (!)
I mean LEW has still a lot to prove at Ferrari because Charlie is much faster.
And at McLaren we are having two #1 drivers in the 2025 WDC fight with a very toxic Zak Brown..
So , It's not hard to understand what could go wrong at any moment in the race (!)

You should see it as Senna has said and he was 100% right . May he RIP ..

I've read enough of your posts to have a total understanding of where you stand and where you're coming from.. It's not only sad it's disgusting...if your guy can't win fair and square on the track, you hope upon hope for his opponent's disaster. Senna never wished that on an opponent.

Can you tell me from where I'm coming from ?

No because my statement wasn't a literal statement of origin. It was figuratively saying I'm aware of your underlying perspective that shaped your viewpoint...the perspective about "it's just a matter of time" (the McLarens taking each other out). By voicing that opinion in your post...I know where you're coming from. In my view, not a pretty place.

nothing will happen. The McLaren drivers are not that type of people. they'd rather give up the WDC than crash in spite. Esp Lando. Even Hamilton didn't crash in spite in Abu Dhabi - recall that Max was behind in points. If Bottas damaged Max car or Hamilton took out Max (legally, in a "racing inchident") in that race Hamilton would be WDC - didn't happen. When Max divebombed Hamilton at the restart he could have easily done a Schumacher or Senna and turned in and blocked but he didn't.

#Faith in humanity that most of the grid is clean, and most of the fans are too.

It wouldn't be the first time in F1 that 2 teammates take each other out in a very tense WDC fight.
It happens , it's just part of racing and as how the McLaren situation currently looks like. There's a big chance it can happen at McLaren as well ..
Zak Brown is very toxic and he wants that Norris takes it all . But Andrea Stella is standing 100% behind Piastri.
Hopefully they can keep it clean , but I already heard it otherwise and with very strange race strategies as well...
The further the 2025 season progresses, the more complicated it will become for the McLaren Team with 2 WDC candidates (!)
The tension will increase at the McLaren Team for the 2025 WDC . That can't be otherwise.
Both the McLaren drivers just want the 2025 title while they now have the chance to take it all..

BTW : My place on a hill in Belgium (actually 2 places) look very nice , quiet, spacious and peaceful .
My only neighbor is a forest . The only noises I can hear are birdsongs.
I'm very happy at my place . Born and raised in Belgium.
