Walter has been doing better, a lot more social, especially since I added a window bed.

Today was the first day trying to switch to a full raw food diet. He would have none of it last night, but ate some this morning. Hoping he feels alright later on.

His running wheel also arrived.

Great photos! Lmk if the running wheel gets used with regularity - seems like a good idea for our 4 yr old snowshoe Franky.

Peppermint is growing fast!

After some effort with leaving treats on the wheel, a laser pointer (worked a few times), and then dangling one of his toys on the running surface, he has started a fast walk on it a few times a day.
No flat out run yet

We have 5.

Most of them are around the same age (6)

We got Delilah as a tiny kitten found as a stray by an acquaintance.

Frankie and meekah are litter mates my wife got before we lived together.

Chibi is a stray another acquaintance found, but couldn't keep because the other cat they have is FIV+, she was already "fully grown" when we got her, with an approximate age of (now 7), she was much skinnier when we got her, which is why we have her that name. We only got her because Frankie and Meekah were bullying Delilah and we were hoping to give her a friend.

And lastly, our newest addition, Juni (short for Junimo, from stardew), we found her next door (my neighborhood has a small feral/stray population), and managed to catch her. We were only planning on fostering her since we already have 4, but she bonded very quickly to Chibi, so now we have 5.

Here are some more recent pictures of Juni. I couldn't find them initially, I haven't moved them into my cat pics folder.

She's about 7 months old now.

Great family pics. You get my vote for 'most devoted cat furniture' - that is a fantastic assemblage.
Damn cats. I fixed myself a nice bowl of raviolis and meat sauce and set it on the end table beside my recliner while I grabbed my laptop. One of my cats decides it's a great time to leap up onto the end table. Right onto my bowl of raviolis. The sauce is hot, of course, so she panics and leaps out and takes off. I was stunned at how huge of a mess she made. All over table, the wall behind the table, me, the floor, and then down the hallway and down the carpeted stairs to the basement. I couldn't have made a bigger mess if I had tried. :mad0260:

All those cats are so lucky to have found the best cat parents.

I did. The one she stepped on ended up on the floor, so I figured the rest were safe. If I don't post again for a few weeks, you'll know I was wrong. :D
Piper.

During my wife's video call during work.

Her team mates are VERY familiar with the Monochromatic Tribe.

And just to prove it wasn't a fluke-

Piper decided to check out the wall-mounted TV while my wife was watching the local news.

I *still* can't figure out how he got up there!

They even have their own room in the House!
We also have another tree in our bedroom.

We do our best! They definitely live a posh life.

Do you buy these in pieces and just keep adding on?

Peppermint is growing up.

No, they're all individual trees.

The two in our living room are from the same brand, but different "models" the wall furniture, and the really tall one were purchased from Amazon.

hahaha……my question is, did you forget you had cats when you did that? :D
This is George. He is very feral. He was TNR'd by someone. Been hanging around since last fall. I have him inside now because something got him. A couple bite puncture wounds. Was limping really bad, couldn't run or jump, which is why I was able to catch him and get him to an Emergency Vet @ 0300 last Monday morning. They patched him up. 2 week antibiotic shot. Updated rabies shot. X-rays showed no broken bones but he is severely bruised around the bite wounds. Could have been a large cat, small dog, raccoon or coyote that got him. Emergency Vets are expensive but he is a sweet heart to my other cats so he gets to stay in as long as he wants. Maybe I will be able to pet him in a few weeks or months.

The other cat is Mack. He is a CHONKY boi.

Kudos to you for saving him.
Couldn’t love these idiots more. One is asleep on my chest right now.

A moment of Kitten Zen from years ago. Ollie (the orange cat) passed away a few months ago from intestinal cancer. He was 16. His sister Abbie (gray cat) is still with us.
