Sanity Price Check 2011 e90 w/ 49k miles for $21k

Been looking at a couple BMW e9x. I am leaning more towards the e90 since i can use the extra 2 doors. Looking to get a price sanity check. Here is the breakdown of the two e9x:

Cons:

Hit a pothole, so the front rotors are warped and need to be replaced. Steering wheel shakes when braking at high speeds. Front passenger side TPMS is bad so it’s throwing a code. Other than that, the car runs perfect. The carbon fiber roof if peeling/bubbling, so it needs to be re-coated.

Asking price is $25k.

Wanted to get your thoughts on the pricing. I am leaning towards the e90 and thinking of offering $19k to cover half the cost of a rod bearing replacement.

I would rather burn in hell than pay any amount of money for another modified M3. Especially one I would have to unfuck immediately. Make the offer on the unmolested car and see where it gets you.

Is $19k reasonable for the e90? Is that too of a low ball offer or is it too high?

$21k for a 49k mile last year E90 seems like a steal. Or am I that out of touch with the current market?

Also how does hitting a pothole warp a rotor? I'd stay away from that one due to the simple fact it's modded, and heavily at that.

There's no way a 2011 e90 with sub 50k miles is $21k unless it's fukked.

A 2011 with 49k doesn't need RB job. Can go a whole lot more. And no seller is oligated to lower their price for the nonsense fear of lci s65 rbs magically being near disaster at 50k.

Check out the e90. The car spent most of its day in the sun. This is a base model with no Navi hump with a sunroof. Here are the cons:

- Wheels all curb and tires is all dry
- Roof has a couple of sun damage spots with clear coat flaking off
- Valve cover is leaking and needs to be replaced
- Front fenders is loose (gap and there is play on both fenders)
- Front bumper paint does not match with rest of the body (dont know if that is common from the factory)
- power seats does not work
- long deep key scratch on the right side

Bumper paint should match with the rest of the body from factory. The best way to tell if it is repainted is comparing the texture of the paint between two body panels. Repainted body panels often exhibit more orange peel and look more dull. But from the fender description you described the car was likely in an accident at some point in its life and just never reported. It happens way more than you think, especially at shops that take cash in exchange for no tax.
