Both of the replies that you quoted above were to a regular, long-time, legitimate member who already had PM access, not a new member who is on probation or in the penalty box.....

I know, was just in case that they hadn't seen the new requirement

Is anybody here who knows how this PM policy working in practice? How much post do I need? Is the 7 days counting from fulfill the required posts or from registration?

google ai summary says 10-15 posts and we all know google ai never lies

That would make sense on why I can’t message anyone in the classifieds

My status changed from registered to new member, but I still can't send private messages. What status do I need to reach to do that?
