Removing the throttle bodies

Has anyone removed the throttle bodies? Maybe there is some kind of guide or instruction? I wouldn't want to disassemble too much.

Anyone want to chime in? Also looking at doing a TB clean and need to pull them off.

-Airbox & elbow out.
-Plenum off
-Secondary air pump removed.
-Wire harness unplugged at engine and lifted up.
-Then remove TA’s and replace.
