blame google. That still doesn't change the fact that our thread will rule them all!
Lady Jane wroteWtf, lol. I do cardio at least 6 days a week as part of my work out. Bike, row or walk. I do 10 miles on the bike and feel pretty good.

shoei wroteI don't do long rides like that everyday, that's for sure as I mainly do 10 and 15 kilometers daily runs and now doing 20s in preparation of my Half next week.Wtf, lol. I do cardio at least 6 days a week as part of my work out.

masterzapper wroteThat place looks cool. I ride WNC a lot—haven’t heard of riding out in Highlands before. I tend to always gravitate to slogging up to the parkway from Ridgecrest and then descending Heartbreak Ridge. Hard to beat that ride.Fire Mountain, NC
stevehollx wroteI would highly recommend Fire Mountain. Most of the trail is hard packed dirt with minimal rocks or vines. There are a lot of smooth flowy sections that you can pump through and really pick up speed. A lot of work has been done on the berms, too so you can really carry a lot of speed through the switchbacks. If you do go, I would ride Spearfinger to the top and then take Kessel Run down. There's also a skills course half way down that is fun to ride if you like drops, jumps and features. That place looks cool. I ride WNC a lot—haven’t heard of riding out in Highlands before. Lady Jane wroteI`d say soFound this pic while browsing the net. That's quite the hit.
Hardtail as well so i`m sure they felt it! Seen a few lads do this at my local too - the loud crack always turns heads
damack wroteI`d love to ride down that - I have to travel so far to get some elevation and we don`t have much that I know about that would match that!Mountain biking around here looks a bit different than most places. I took this shot on the weekend.

Darth One wroteNice spec 👍It hasn't rained here in sometime and it was a hot morning, which means the trails are dry. So I'm off the pavement today and onto this Epic Evo:
