The male Ruby Throats have started their migration south leaving the females to gain some weight before their own trek in about two weeks.

Never realized how much of that sugar water those little bastards drink! Its insane...we have 2 feeders 10 oz each and they are usually bone dry in about 3 days

Have also noticed less males around...getting to be that time of year
