Any experience with forward x pipes and the provided ESS G1 tune? Asking because my NA stage 2 tune was diff for the forward vs standard x location and without the adjustment there was some hesitation in the lower rpm range. Trying to decide If I want to keep my forward x, because I don’t plan to go custom tune route once I install the G1.

FYI- no issues with the forward x. Both ESS and EAS have been great and very responsive. I installed the G1 kit in my garage in 2 days and hit a roll racing event the same weekend and it ran great with no issues, including the drive to and from the event 100 miles away.

Extra plenum volume was the main reason. ESS is constantly working on improvements.

to add methanol kit, does need it need to retune it or? i have already installed SC with tuned.

Depends on a number of factors, like large the kit is and what pulley you are using.
