Large meat lovers pizza, from that place about 45 minutes away that made the infamous belly-bomber stuffed ziti pizza a few weeks ago. They did pretty good on a normal pizza. Had two slices, and put the other two from my half of the pie away for breakfast.....

No pics, but my wife's excellent enchiladas. Had some leftover taco meat and she got 15 enchiladas. Some were just cheese as those are her favorite. I have issues with a lot of cheddar cheese, so I have to stick with meat & jack cheese.

For one thing, Ziti was never intended to be a pizza but a cheesy casserole or bake. The ziti pizza was an Italian-American concoction which was simply known as pasta pizza. Mine today is a Ragù version made with broken (On purpose) spaghetti pieces. With Ricotta, grated parmesan topped with Mozza.
My tummy had a happy.
