I've noticed three tiers of torque spec listings in the BMW literature:
Tier 1: Generic torque spec for diameter and grade of bolt/screw by finish.
Tier 2: Torque spec for diameter and grade of bolt/screw (sometimes by finish) for specific series (ie. E92/F80 etc.) for a specific use case (ie. flywheel screws, valve cover screws, etc.).
Tier 3: Torque spec for diameter and grade of bolt/screw (sometimes by finish) for specific series and model (ie. E92 M3/F80 M4 etc.) for a specific use case (ie. flywheel screws, valve cover screws, etc.).
The torque spec more specific to the E92 M3 with S65 engine would be the correct torque spec, so in this case the correct torque for the clutch to flywheel screws is 15NM plus an additional 25 degrees turn further tightening the screw.
Every bolt/screw from BMW I've ever seen with factory Loctite is listed as one time use.
