If a person was to run the Brembo 380/380 BBK on the E92 M3 Coupe how much would it change the braking force distribution as compared to the 380/345 and the stock rotor size?

Hi there Dreamer99, very good question.

To answer, the kits won’t impact the brake balance as they are designed to retain the balance of the stock system. IE, when larger discs are used, that caliper is matched to the disc with smaller pistons so the bias of the stock factory setup is retained.

With the Brembo Kits, as long as there is no warning or disclaimer on the application guide, you are able to choose any combination that is listed.

You will be fine if you want to run the 380 front with the 345 rear.

Thinking more along the lines on a 380/380 kit (big rears for looks) but concerned about too much force at rear brakes when tracking.

380/380 should be no issue as they pair the correct calipers with the different size rotors to evenly distribute braking force.

For the GT system,

Front 380 comes with 6 piston calipers

Rear 380 comes with 4 piston calipers
