Hi Jon, where in Canberra did you get your LCI tail lights coded?
Sorry ... just saw this. I had it done at Costello’s.
Thanks Jon - I’ve actually got a Carly and have read that it can clear the codes as well.

Did you get your rod bearings changed yet?

I guess I would have used Carly if I had access then.

Rod bearings are on my to-do list but as I only have 42K kms on mine, I believe it’s less of a rush.
It's been a while, so I'll just drop this here. Counting the days until the lockdown is over ... all ready for the next decent drive day!

I was curious to see what your post was about, seems you are feeling it just as much as SYD or Melb, despite not as long its all shit. I got mine in march of this year and I've barely done 5k and its my daily. Can't wait to see a cruise!!
looking good Jon!

No mate, it’s really not such a problem for me here in Canberra. I just have to think about my relatives in Sydney and Melbourne to realise we’re not doing too badly at all! :(

Cheers Dean, still loving the amber eyes!
I guess it's been long time since I've had any real updates. However, I've just completed this matte carbon intake system - a hybrid of CarboProject plenum and Eventuri intake elbow/cone filter. It's pretty cool how the combo matches perfectly - sounds and looks amazing too.

I also decided to change up my DCT Paddles with Evolve ones, matched with a new alcantara M Performance wheel. What an upgrade these are! As for the paddles, they are certainly premium in look and most importantly feel & finish. My touch was the '+' and '-' filled in with gloss red enamel before fitting.

looks amazing JJH, really like the engine bay setup something on my to-do list will be a costly upgrade
Here is a pic of my interior, has been a bit of a project that's come together well

Thanks - yes, costs a few dollars but it's so worth it. I'd say do mechanical stuff first if they are on your list, then the intake itself before the plenum.

Looks good with the alcantara
The BMW Car Club Canberra was invited by our local dealership to have a rolling display of club ///M cars in their showroom to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of BMW ///M - that was pretty awesome of them. My E92 was selected to represent the E9X generation in a display of ALL 6 generations of M3s. Thought I'd post some of my shots of the E92 while we were doing the setup ...

Moved to own thread
Well it is now eight years to the date since my first post in this thread. And the M3 is still in my ownership and not going anywhere anytime soon. Here are some updated shots I took on my way to a local Cars & Coffee event.
