Just a teaser. We'll post some on track footage in a little while. Currently the car is in pieces yet again getting ready for some upcoming events. We'll post some pictures later this week!
I apologize upfront but.....

Short sound clip teaser for those who have been waiting! Thank you for your patience! Enjoy!
I must sell coke.
We have decided to begin a new path for our E92 M3 track car as we have begun stripping her down for new additions and goodies. Stay tuned as this will be a progress build for upcoming events! :happyanim:

Thank you! We love the sound she makes! More will come as we continue to build her!
Wow that sounds good. I love the build....well done! I'm anxious to see whats next!
We decided to get a couple of new toys for the shop as we are doing all custom in-house fabrication for our roll cage and exhaust! :party0030:

Excellent thread, I truly admire the performance orientated approach:thumbsup: The sound is epic!

Does the front strut brace need to be removed for the engine mods?

Any idea how much downforce is being produced from the front splitter and rear wing?
Our cage build is coming along nicely, and the majority of tubes have been cut, bent, fitted and tack welded in place. The only major parts left are the door bars and a few cross braces, and we should have those fabricated shortly. After that it's just final welding and the car will be off to have the interior and cage painted. I'll try to get some pics this evening.

Support didn't mention that we custom fabricated the rolling stainless steel stand for the tube bender that's in the pics above. It's not the biggest thing in the world but I think it's pretty cool.

Thanks! The sound is unbelievable in person and I'd really like to try and get some pro audio recorded so everybody can hear what it sounds like. It should be even more insane with the full race exhaust setup.

The original stroker setup used a factory airbox and was functionally identical to a stock motor, so the braces fit fine. When we built the velocity stack setup with the foam filters, we did have to remove the braces. We've been considering perhaps making a custom strut bar setup to stiffen things a bit further, but with the cage the car should already be exceptionally rigid.

I don't have exact downforce numbers available at the moment, but our staff engineer and those at APR were in agreement that the new splitter is about optimal for the car. Some pretty big things are in store for the rear aero as well; the recent photos of the rear of the car might provide a bit of a hint of what's coming. We should be doing some CFD modelling down the line to get real numbers.
omg
Some progress photos as the side bars are being completed! Cage should be ready for paint soon!

Once dyno runs are done, will you post gains, setup costs and if you guys plan to sell a kit like this to the public?

Thanks! :happyanim:
You can build a setup just like this for pretty cheap. It's just ITG base plates and filters.

Strut bars have been constantly proven to do absolutely nothing for chassis stiffening. More just for looks. I'm looking into a similar ITG filter setup but was wondering which base you used. PM me if you'd rather not list it here. Thanks.
Update of the completed side bars! She will be going into paint this week!! Stay tuned for more to come!

I'd like some info on the baseplates as well. Thanks.

Car looks sick. Too bad you don't respond to questions re: the build. Myself and others have commented on the ITG setup inquiring what base plates you're running but you never respond either here or on IG. I also noted that I would email you if you don't want to be specific here but still no response?
Wow!
