Yup, they work.

Use the large one on the outside and small one inside.

It lifts off the car much easier than dust/dirt that hasn't been caked on.

Seriously, I have two because they're stupid cheap when walmart liquidates their inventory at the end of the year. It costed me 12 bucks for two full size plastic handled dusters. I use one strictly for pollen and the other for light dust. I shake them clean after each swipe. This minimizes the chance of making swirls.

I hate bee piss. I've been told those little yellow circles that show up after you wash the car is bee piss.

I hate pollen
I hate rain
I hate snow
I had salt
I hate sand
I hate bugs
I hate cold

I think that basically leaves me like 3 days in the year when I can enjoy my M3 the way I want.

I can still see well enough to get around the track. Harry palms also help with steering grip.

The pollen has an extremely hard shell with very sharp prongs that will hook to any irregularities on the clearcoat. Because those prongs are so strong they can tear up more of the those irregularities. At the macroscopic level that takes away you meticulously preserved new car finish when you use a duster to take them off. Don't make the mistake to use a duster to remove pollen !

Although not the best here is one read on that :

+1. California duster just spreads nasty dirt around. Nasty. Do not use
