I have a wash planned for Monday evening where I'll take some pictures with the Porsche beside it, hold on until then

Sure, if someone can tell me where to upload! They are like 3mb each and really huge... And someone complained about those other... Lower resolution pictures... I've posted earlier.

Champagne. Why did you decide the the Silverstone? I was thinking that a plus is that this colour won't show winter dirt as much as, say, Jerez. But at the same time - even w/ daytime running lights - I read somewhere that white / silver are tricky colours in colder climates as they can be harder to spot by other (careless) drivers

- and do you have a dSLR handy?

Resize them to like 1000 pixel wide JPGs--plenty big to view but smaller file size. If you don't have a photo editing program, you can download something like Irfanview for free.

also photobucket.com or imageshack.us sites can be used to reduce size for posts... some better pics would be nice

The following pictures are taken 2 days after those other pictures (where the car was really dirty). The interesting thing is that the car is even mooooore dirty in these pictures, but in this daylight with the flash turned off, it looks almost clean. That's what's so wonderful with Silverstone. And the main reason for why I choose it, the second reason is that it's a unique M color and will never be available for the standard 3-series.
