380/380 F/R Slotted Brembo GT

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold
Or Best Offer
Item Interest
My 380/380 Brembos are for sale. They have about 5K miles on them and two track days. No discernible wear on the pads or discs but I can get some micrometer measurements for those that want them.

I purchased these from IND custom painted gloss black with black chrome classic Brembo logos. The paint is 9/10 with some minor chips due to standard use. I usually take gloss black caliper paint to touch up the calipers when needed.

Purchasing a new set will cost you upwards of $8500. I am selling mine at $6500 due to the relatively new condition and care these have received. I am going to a smaller Brembo setup. These will not fit most 3pc 18" wheels. They will however work with most track oriented 18" monoblock wheels and pretty much all 19" and 20" wheels. Please verify with your wheel manufacturer if your concerned about fitment.

They will not be removed from the car until after Bimmerfest since I need my car drivable for now. Expect that when the brakes are removed they will have about 6000 miles of use. If you want to see them in person, you can check them out at MFest and Bimmerfest this year.

Please PM me or email me if you have questions.

Pics below were taken today ( 3 May ).

Price drop. Another possibility is a straight up trade for caliper brackets and discs with a 365/345 kit owner. PM if you want to upgrade at no charge.

I was thinking about this. I have the 365 kit on 19 wheels. Have you talked to brembo about piston size differences between the 365 and the 380 kit? Logically, if I swap brackets my brake balance would move to the rear with torque gains up front and rear, which is not too bad. Yours would move to the front with loss of torque up front and loss in the rear. It is possible though that there are no differences but only brembo knows that.

Piston sizes are the same for 365/380 n 380/345.

Yes, from what I understand, the piston sizes between the 380 kits and the 365/345 kits are identical. Basically the same caliper.

I open to trades with someone that has slotted discs and wants to upgrade to 380/380. I would rather not do rear only and then hope someone wants to do fronts only.

Thanks,
Jason

If r53s63e90 has the front to trade, than my rear will be perfect for you.

I have slotted rotors that look considerably more used that yours. Also I used the template here on my ZCP wheels and the fit is definitely too tight for my taste.

Understood. Keep in mind I am running mine with 18" wheels.

I assume these won't fit the OEM 219M 18" wheels, correct? Even if square?

Still up for grabs. Reasonable offers considered. Shipping at buyers expense.
