After going through your threads I finally realized you were talking about "Mr. Sparkle's Super Terrific Concave Low Pressure High Pressure Cast" Wheels...sorry no one warned you about those in the first instance.

The fighting is so fierce because the stakes are so small. So much drama in the wheel world.

Have you seen the Mr. Sparkle wheels in real life? I heard they were made out of aluminum foil. He quoted me $4000 a wheel, seems like a good price.

1. at this point i am completely done with them, they simply can't do anything to make it right. So you don't want to warn anyone here about the wheel company specifically but take the time to write a long as post? Dumb.
2. If i post their company name - i will have 10 people who had good luck with them, post how great they are bla bla bla. Dumb. Who cares? Their experience isn't your experience. I love HRE wheels but that doesn't mean there aren't people who posted negative experiences about them. I don't take it personally when they do. So don't take it personally if you post about a shitty experience and get hate.
3. the wheel company will try to defend themself and then i would have no option but to post all the emails in the thread. My time is worth more than a moral victory. If i was in my early 20s and had the time - i would so do this. Dumb. Who cares? What good does it do to call out a company if you're not going to call them out? Wait, you arent in your early 20s but have time to post on this forum but don't have time to post the name of the wheel company? Dumb.
4. this is 2014- i am going to be wiser about spending money and will not spend money on things from unreliable companies (that includes buying stuff from online such as clothes/tech stuff etc.). lol. New rules for new year So what happened in 2013? Who was the unreliable company? You don't even want to warn your fellow enthusiasts? Dumb.
5. I want to stay as positive as i can for 2014. I know everyone wants to be informed, that's why i listed name of the companies that I trust and I had good luck with:
BBS, Advan, Klassen, HRE, Vok Vossen and VMRs.
so basicly you can take it as anything outside of the list is company X to me. Dumb again. You want to stay positive but rip Company X but not name Company X so that potentially someone on here does business with and gets royally screwed by Company X? Really? Dumb.

Thank you guys. The vacation begins tomorrow. Really excited.
See above
Uh oh ... Don't get Pertplus mad ...

How many MORR times must we ask who it is? The MORR you ignore the question, the MORR angry we get. What MORR can I say? We want MORR info!

Mods should just delete this USELESS thread since OP won't help out the community. What's the point of this thread? Like we need someone to waste 5 minutes of my life I'll never get back to warn is not to but from a shitty wheel company. Wow. Didn't know that.

Don't know if it would happen here, but on some other car forums it's not uncommon for threads to get locked/deleted if the OP's call out sponsors or products made by sponsors.

So if Wheel Company "X" is who everyone is insinuating it is then there you have it.

I have a set. They are apparently repurposed shopping cart wheels he stole from homeless people while they slept.

Send a message via AIM to MORRWheels
Rashed,

This thread takes us as a surprise since it's been over 18 months since you received your wheels. You ordered a set of 20" VS8.2 in Brushed Clear that upon installation you noticed the rear hub was incorrectly machined to a larger size than your OEM specifications. You immediately informed us of this situation and requested you send us a video or pictures to show exactly what's happening so we can be of further assistance. Upon receipt of this video we confirmed your bore was larger than your OEM specs and we immediately took action.

August 1st, 2012 - We receive video confirmation of your current issue.

August 2nd, 2012 - Just a day after you sent us video confirmation of your issue, we pack and ship a second set of 20" VS8.2 in Matte DDT as a replacement so you can install them while we resolve the current issue with your Brushed set. Fedex never shows up and our staff personally dropped it off at the Fedex location.

This set was shipped with Fedex Tracking #165193615006102

August 13th, 2012 - You email Carlos and confirm that the new replacement wheels fit and that you will keep us updated.

October 1st, 2012 - Carlos sends you a courtesy follow up email and you reply "Wheels are on and they are great."

October 10, 2013 - You stated that you prefer the original brushed finish over Matte DDT so we suggest to ride on the wheels until winter and then send it back and we`ll refinish them in Brushed clear and ship them back to you, free of charge.

"So I have an option for you. I'm sure you probably go to winter wheels/tires in a couple of months right?

Enjoy the wheels for now as they are. Once winter is in full force and you go to winter wheels/tires, let's ship back your wheels and have them done in Brushed. It'll be on our dime. Just tell me what you think, and we'll get it done.

By the way, I need that other set of wheels back - want to measure out the center bore to see what happened. Do you still have return labels for those? Let me know and I can schedule a pickup"

December 12th, 2012 - Once winter starts, instead of sending them back, you request to purchase new rears in Brushed Clear, we send you a quote, receive payment, put two 20x10.5" rears in production and email you shipping labels to return the defective rears.

February 22nd, 2013 - You confirm you received the new rears.

August 9th, 2013 - Carlos sends you another courtesy follow up email.

Until today, we still do not show movement on the Fedex labels we sent you to return the wheels. Maybe you used other labels to return them, or maybe you never returned them. Either way, we gave you the benefit of the doubt.

You had an issue and we immediately took action. Within a day we shipped you a brand new set of wheels to take care of your situation. Were we late with your original order? Yes, very late. Could we have done better? Yes. Did we make multiple mistakes? Yes, we did. But in the end we did everything we could to resolve your situation. From shipping you a brand new set of wheels free of charge, without getting the original set back, from helping locating a local shop to help with the installation and follow up during the installation process, multiple follow up emails from our staff members, offers to keep and run the replacement set and then repaint for free once fall is over, personally dropping off the wheels at Fedex after our pick up was missed. I really can't see what else we could have done to make the situation.

In 2012, our sales grow exponential and our production lead times suffered. We did mess up and for that we apologize, but we stepped up to the plate as much as we could, even more than most, to help you with everything you needed. If your buyer needs assistance, have him contact us and we`ll be glad to help him but coming to the boards and claiming you got burnt by us is not cool.
