Performance Alignment

My car is completely stock e92 m3 with comp package. I will be tracking my car the 2nd time in Jan and would like to get a performance alignment done before I go.

Should I do this? I do not have camber plates but I read that the removal of pins will allow for more camber? What are the drawbacks?

Thanks

Removing the pins should get you to approx. -1.8ish front camber which is plenty good for a street car. 0 toe.

Rear max it out. -2 is possible. Slight toe in to specs.

No drawbacks (such as wandering due to excessive front camber or abnormal tire wear). Do expect the front inside to show wear.

Should be good!

Not at all. Fairly easy to remove pins yourself. There is a write up on how to in DIY section. Wont mess up EDC but make sure you remove them with care and to not break the clip.

Enjoy!

No real drawback since only going to ~-1.6*; will help with both turn-in and outside tire wear at the track.

However, changing the camber WILL change the toe, so I would def recommend getting an alignment when pulling the pins.
