'09 Underhood Help?

Guys, my baby was in a deer vs. vehicle confrontation but at least it was low speed. What I need help with is getting the part number for the "1200 mile service required" sticker. It should be a 3 digit (I believe) number printed in the bottom corner. I have discovered that they did change up the labels and the newer models are different. Please, please help me out with this... A part number would be very helpful, a number and close-up picture would earn you my undying gratitude
I know that this is the place to come for the help I need!!!!!!!
Thanks in advance,

Sorry I might have misunderstood your post, correct me if I am wrong, you had an accident with a deer and you want to get the OEM sticker for your 1200 miles service? Loool Is that the only thing that was damaged? Lol

HaHaHa, OK I see now how you got that impression. Actually the repairs are completed and the exterior of my car looks very good... Problem is that I spent as much time admiring the engine bay as I did the exterior. Apparently the collision shop guys don't. There were actually 4 "stickers" that did not get replaced. I have the numbers for the other 3, just not the service & oil sticker that is in the center of the upper radiator support. Maybe I'm too picky but, I want to open the hood and see everything looking like it did when the car was delivered to me.

That must have been something else that was different. I didn't have that sticker on my '09. No, this is the black sticker that is on the radiator support under the hood... yellow "Xenon Light" warning stickers on either side and this particular sticker to the left of center.

No such sticker on my '09. I picked it up the day it was delivered to the dealer with 3 miles on the clock.

I'm just waiting for someone to tell you to get the carbon fiber sticker to save on weight.

Seriously? A break-in sticker for a broken-in engine? White people problems.

Not just that, the sticker also goes near the top of the windshield, far above the centre of gravity. So by utilizing carbon fibre, you don't just save weight, you also lower the centre of gravity, which dramatically transforms the car and makes it corner like an F1 racer
