Btw I thought it was written polizei in dutch ? Guessing from the car plate and colors that this is Holland right?
If I remember correctly German police wore brown and green uniform

the german police had began to change the uniforms and the colors of the policecars. the old cop cars were white(or silver) - green, the new ones are all silver-blue and the new uniforms are a bit more dressy. instead of the potatoe color before they changed to dark blue
