Great find. Any chance you can find a full front dash photo with the palatine wood as this is likely the trim option I'm going to get.

IMO, wood doesn't fit the M3's character, but I can see how many would like it to enrichen the cabin. If the grain is simple, I might see it. The burled-type woods look totally wrong for this car, again, just my opinion.

It's nice with the lighter leathers, though it looks awfully close to the cheap gloss black plastic the original E46 M3 came with. I changed mine out to Matte Chrome.

It's not in the configurator since it's a option installed at the dealer (I thought "extra equipment" would be the right term for that!?). If I remember correctly it's shown in the Accessory catalogue for the E92...
