Another Drift Day at Mt Cotton

Guys
An event organiser is running his own day on the Skidpan, Saturday 28th September, afternoon session. The last one was amazing, there are 5 spots, at the moment it's $208.00 but I can get that down for everyone if the 5 are taken.
It's a four hour session with instructors if needed. In all 12 cars.

Visit the M3 group FB Page:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/m3group.events/

or PM me if you are interested in a spot, they won't last long

Filthy??? No not really. The way it works is the track is irrigated with sprinklers and a few litres of diesel fuel is spread around the track (which is smooth concrete) to make it more slippery.. The sprinklers run the whole time so there is very little diesel on the track at any given time but thousands of litres of water. This is done so the car will slide more easily at lower RPM due to noise restrictions. Those of us who have modified exhausts and superchargers make a lot more noise and would normally be banned from a facility like that which is government owned.

Naturally you give the car a good wash straight after the event but my car has been dirtier after a heavy rain driving on normal roads following a dry spell

It's a great opportunity to feel how the car behaves in that situation and is a great learning experience, and not at all hard on the car.
