For those that haven't seen my other for sale posts, the reason I'm selling is that I pre-traded my M3 for a 991 C2S. This is the last part I have left to sell.

I am selling my used Dinan Middle Racing Exhaust. This is the center section that connects the headers to the rear section (axle-back) of the exhaust. This removes the primary and secondary cats and replaces with four resonators and and x-pipe. In my opinion it is the best sounding center section (if there is such a thing). This will throw a check engine light and needs to be paired with a tune. I would recommend Evolve, BPM Sport, or ESS; but that is up to you. This fits all E9X M3s. All mounting hardware is included. It's a pretty easy install. I did it with a floor jack and Rhino Ramps.

Price: $1,500 Shipped
I'll cover shipping and Paypal fees.

Here are the details from Dinan. $2,699 MSRP

I bought this used and installed on 11/29/11 when my car had 4,462 miles and removed at 14,945 miles on 9/2/13. Now here is the catch. I bought this from a guy in California for $2,000 shipped. He had EAS box it and ship it to me in FL. The box arrived in decent shaped, and it was packed very well. I didn't see the need to inspect it, so I opened it up and installed right away. I had no issues.

I actually sold this exhaust last month to a guy in TX and shipped in the same box I got it in back in 2011 with the same packaging. Fedex did a pretty good job beating up the box to the point that the guy really inspected the exhaust in detail. Well, we came to discover that the rear two resonators are bent in a bit. We assumed Fedex damaged the exhaust and began to file a claim. I took pictures of the exhaust prior to shipping and noticed that it was not damaged by Fedex. The rear resonators have been bent in since the day I got it. Like I said I had no issues for the 10,000 miles it was installed on the car. The guy that bought it was very particular and didn't trust putting it on his car, so I was kind enough to refund him. Now I have it up for sale again. In full disclosure, I sold it to him for $1,800 and credited the $1,800 back. If you were really particular (I am), I'd probably have an exhaust shop heat it and bend it back. If you're not, then leave it. It will work fine. There are not dents or other damage. It is pretty mint otherwise. I've had three different rear sections attached to it and had no fitting issues or leaks. I figure my price is reasonable considering with Dinan's current sale you will be at around $2,500 to have one shipped to your house.

Here is a video with Vanguard I had.

Here are the photos. You can see the resonator are slightly bent inward.

It looks as though the bend originates at the resonator itself? Can you confirm where the bend is at?

Most of the bend begins just after the x-pipe, but it does look like there is a slight lean on the resonator as well. The pipe is pretty heavy gauge, so there really isn't any visible damage. I just assumed that was the way it came until I started looking for some photos online. Dinan doesn't have very good photos.
