I think the only reason people are even mentioning the F car is because the OP brought it up.
Put the Ferrari F12 in that group as well!

Is the Ferrari 458 even offered in true 6 speed manual with 3 pedals or is it just cool looking with the automatic paddle shifting AKA like the automatic/dct M3?

I am sorry but a 6 speed Lamborghini Gallardo SL or the Aventador look more up to date, modern, and more appealing to me.

For the money, the Bugatti SS or the Koenigsegg is the way to go. Ferrari? Umm I will pass. Thanks! LMAO

I believe the 458 does come in manual. Don't quote me.

And i also would choose a Gallardo over the Ferrari. The lines on the Lamborghinis are more solid, and the looks itself are more outgoing to me as opposed to the softer lines on the Ferrari.

You probably feel the M3 sounds better than a Carrera GT too.

I enjoy my GT-R and my M3. The M3 is a fantastic car, but no where near the 458. Not even close. If I only could have two cars; I would gladly move out of the M3 to a 458 any day for an equitable deal.

Drove the 458 all day and took it to 328km/h on autobahn.

When I first heard the exhaust, I went blind. Did not even pay any attention to the interior.

Lol@guys wouldnt trade m3 for Maserati. I'm actually going to put my m3 for sale to hop in a gran turismo.

Don't even start with 458....I swear some of you guys are too much...I love our m3 but its nowhere near the exotics.

Dude, that's how a V8 SHOULD sound. It's simply mindbogglingly amazing. Like the gods sent us a last present before we have to drive electric cars with fake sounds.

I don't know about performance stats between the two, but looks wise I love the Gallardo's. Especially white.

So what if it's dated. It's still infinitely more desirable and high tech than pretty 99.999% of super cars out there. I love the S65 to death, but it's not a match even against the F430's lump.

Magazine editor: wtf he chose the m3?!

Dude I was trying to be sarcastic. Lol

The 458 hands down is easily one of the best looking exotics and certainly does not look ancient.

This thread, starting with the title and including a lot of the content, has to be one of the most ridiculous things I have read on this site in a LONG time. Frickin epic in terms of its nonsense. M3 better than a 458. M3 exhaust sounding better than a Ferrari. Holy f*$k. Pass me some of that grade A shit that is being smoked around here 'cause I want to get baked as well.
