VF540 + Track = fluid leak

Last night I was out lapping. There was a bit of SC fluid leaking from the upper most bolt, Fill hole I believe. It was tight. Is this normal?, maybe over full? Have not changed the fluid yet.

I believe you are referring to the fill hole/check valve, and this is pretty normal to see a drop of oil sitting in the center of it. I don't think I've ever seen any leak out however.

if the car gets really beatup hard on the track with really hot temps, you can find a small amount around the breather but its doesnt leak down the side of the unit..... or shouldnt anyway....

It's normal; if you left your shipping plug in it wouldn't do this and that would be bad. Mine vents under high load as well. Just check the level when you're done for the day.
