Does anyone else hate the hood? Not sure about the truck lid either, but overall I like it.

It's very... busy. Especially in the bumper nether-regions. I like the grills & headlight. And the side "gills" are a VAST improvement over the regular 4-series though. Mirrors are odd shaped. And good luck keeping that tow hook cover in.

I wouldn't kick it out of my garage, but I still think I'd have a hard time parting with my E90. Unless it showed up in that color. While I applaud BMW M for adding color to the line-up... it's just awful.

Awful?? Really?? I think yeah there are things that it could improve on but calling it awful is taking it pretty far. I think the car looks damn good. Still think the E90/92 looks a little better with overall appearance but its far from "just awful".

I meant the *color* is awful. There's a lot I do like about what I've seen, that color is definitely NOT one of those things.

I have already started saving for the new M4! I heard it will go on sale next spring/summer, is that correct?

Also anyone hear about the specs?

It looks really sharp in person, even in that godawful color. The lines are really smooth and flow well with the shape. The M4 front end looks MUCH better than the 3xx front ends.

I'm curious to see what the M3 variant looks like.

Yeah, I can agree with you on that. Definitely could've chosen a better color to show.

it looks amazing in person. can't wait for this car to come out. I hope the production and the concept are close to the same!

You guys see that some engine specs were released? 425HP and 370Lb-ft torque and BMW says it will weigh less then the E92 M3.

Wow, all they could muster was 5HP? TQ number is obviously better, but that's to be expected on the FI platform.

I will most likely be trading up for MY 2016 (and praying for LCI by then).
