Canadian over US

The canadian dollar is worth more than the US dollar now!!!
I hope this does not effect the price of the 2008 M3 when it comes out, since the price hasn't been set yet...

i highly doubt that BMW concerns itself with the relative strengths of two foreign currencies in setting their prices. if anything at all, BMW concerns itself with the stregth of their own german currency against the currency of the country in which they're selling their cars, in coming to a price.

by your logic, the prices of bmw's in europe would have fluctuated wildly as the euro grew in strength against the dollar. that has not been the case.

True, that. And dealer agreements will prevent cross-boarder shopping.
