YES! I drive in M mode most the time just because I prefer the stiffer steering feel.

For track driving, what would be incredibly awesome is some kind of device that would allow you to change the curves @ the track. Not only load them, but perhaps adjust/make your own custom maps. I'd pay extra for that

It would obviously take a let of testing on track to figure out how much assist would give you best feel/feedback yet not feel too heavy. While running without power steering in lets say E30 is awesome, the same is not true for E36/E46 and probably def not true for bigger/heavier car like E9x.

Took a nice drive tonight testing out the stock settings in normal and sport at different speeds, and logging steering angle/assist/speed. You can tell a huge difference particularly at higher speeds between normal and sport with quick steering inputs from left to right and back. The new tires are insanely grippy - I can't believe I didn't do this 295/275 setup before.

Now it's time to recalibrate it and hit the canyons in the morning.

Posting from the car. The difference is incredible. Looking forward to offering this.

You know we'll gladly test it out on the autobahns here in Germany and the 'Ring for you Mike...the two places where the car will really shine!

Vinnie and Gennaro, your files are both prepared. Gennaro I know your car won't be back for a couple weeks, so let me know which MFlight member is closest to you with the BPM cable and we will program that car

Normal mode = wife mode now at your request with additional assist at low speeds.

Servotronic files have been pushed out to a couple people here in the US and Germany for feedback. And I'm enjoying sport too much on my car.

Happy 4th everyone!! (no, I don't get a day off...)

Priority will be given to customers that have run our software for extended periods of time, as well as those that see regular track time, and those that have the opportunity to test and provide feedback from places such as the Nurburgring. We've also been in touch with a few customers that have known about this for awhile before it was announced.

Don't worry, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy this very soon!

MINI REVIEW

I tested this out today for a few hours and let me say WOW, big difference. Took about the same time for uploading the DCT and Engine software, same cable for all three. I really enjoyed how the OEM M3 steering helped me feel more in tune with the car. BPM Servo.......even more now. In Germany I have wide open roads with almost track like turns at points with little to no traffic. I was able to open it up a bit on some of my favorite turns and it feels great. Hard to explain but it just feels tighter and I feel more in tune with the car now. I wish I had more time with it, I will be sure to test this out on the Nurburgring to help BPM fine tune the settings for track. Lets see how it goes.

BPM FTW.......AGAIN!!!!
