So I was stuck on the Edens today...

With the crazy thunderstorm and flash floods everywhere, I literally got stopped right before the Touhy exit. We were sitting there for a good 30 mins, no cars moving in either direction. Then out of no where, people started driving in the wrong direction on the left shoulder...Only in Chicago.

Oh, and I ended up being 3 hours late to a meeting.

I mean I could maybe understand if they did that in the right hand shoulder, then they can get off on an exit. But in the left lane?!

Where would they possible go, not like they would be able to cross all the lanes with all that traffic. oof!
