Does this system include a rpm/speed dependent valve that keep the exhaust quiter at low speeds and nicely unrestricted at high rpm/speed. I know that not everyone would like this feature but I think it is a great idea - it is in the same vein as EDC.

Tips look similar to my E46's Larini. ~90mm? Made by Larini?
