2013 e93 lease

I am trying to help a buddy with a lease on a 2013 e93 but am having trouble finding the 15/12/10 residuals and June 2013 base money factors. Fair to assume it is 59%/ 61%/ 62% and base mf is .00127 (3.048% equivalent)?

MSRP is $80,225, invoice is $74,110 and he would qualify for $1,500 finance/ lease credit and $750 loyalty cash. Crazy to think I could help him get the car at or around invoice, less the $2,250 at 59% residual for 15k miles and .00127?

Here's the car, http://www.bmwofaustin.com/detail-20...w-9215463.html

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Those are the residuals for the coupe. Reduce each one by 1% and the base MF is correct. Since the allocations are finished, I think its going to be tough to get it at invoice but good luck!

i think it's possible to get an E93 at invoice or close, but don't know about bellow .....they don't move as well as the coupes do and they're still in production until october. you just have to be willing to look beyond your local area.

use deals you find as leverage against deals you want.

Thanks Hyperjack! Figured we may get them to a $1,000 or so over invoice, then apply the loyalty credit and BMW financial services credit separately! This one has been there for awhile it seems. Thanks for the reminder about production, thought they were done but I usually focus more on coupes!

check this one out. this car has been sitting on their lot for along time now, and if it's still there, you'll get an awesome deal on this.

the shipping would be a nominal charge compared to the time and money you'll save on this.

Francesca over at STBMW was already going to let this go under invoice , i'm sure. she's a class act to work with, as anyone here will tell you. give them a call.

yes we are selling this one 1000 below invoice. We also have one allocation left for a e92M which we would sell pretty close to invoice

that is a steal. with a deal like that or possible allocations left for an E93...there's no reason you shouldn't pay close to invoice, at the very least, at all.
