I'm having the same issue with the website, but I don't have a vin yet just a production number. Does anybody know if I call the 1800 number if they can check without a vin#

The website seems to be a little behind the dealers information and the CR number. The Customer Relations folks only require a production number to give you the latest information available. You'll most likely get a VIN number in a couple of days.
