I just tried to figure this out when weighing whether to keep my E46 which I owned outright or buy a 335i. I determined that anything under 15% would be reasonable given everything else (unmarried, few years out of college).

In the end I am paying about 15% of my monthly income, but only because BMW was offering 0.9% interest. Had the financing not been so attractive I would probably have paid significantly more cash up front.

Good for you, retarded of him. He's paying for sex (we all do in some way or another, but not an extra $500/mo or w/e).

I bought mine out of college 60mo @ 1.9%. I'd still rather pay the $1/day interest instead of blowing stacks up front.

Do you feel at all worthless/pathetic for not supporting yourself? Sweet gig though, wish I didn't have any expenses.

True, and I'm also in that category if you consider 32 to be young (bought the car at 27). I would just not be comfortable spending more than 15% of my monthly gross income on a car though.

OT, but I applaude Sara for posting pics of herself in her car. More female members should follow her example

0% LOL. I also can't imagine paying 100% of the money for a woman who isn't even my wife. No offense to Sara, but I would feel like I was being dug for gold.

How would her being his wife make the situation more agreeable, so she could be entitled to half his worth should they split? Instead, he's in a committed relationship with a younger woman willing to stay home and raise his two children. Sounds like a great arrangement for everyone involved. I'd take her over a "career woman" with a double-Masters in what-were-you-smoking? and $50k+ student loan debt any day.

Someone has the pussy on a pedestal. But if you jumped in and are taking care of his kids; seems like a square deal.

I just find a nice car on the street, and "hop" into it. So 0%? Maybe per year $2 or $3 if I factor in the necessary items needed for acquiring my future car. I'm driving a Bentley Continental Supersports right now! I just saw it all lonely parked on a dark road one day and fell in love at first sight.

Yeah, it's cheaper than a babysitter/daycare and it comes with sex.

Not if he's paying for everything that she mentioned.
