Need inputs between Apex EC7 and Enkei Raijin

Need 18" track wheels soon and wanted to get the EC7 et25 but it's on back order. Found the Enkei Raijin which is lighter than EC7 and it looks the same, 359 style. Does anyone have any inputs on this wheel? Should I just wait for Apex? Thanks.

I like my EC-7, but I did just find one weak point. I was using lacquer thinner to get rid of the old wheel weight tape residue before mounting new tires tomorrow and as I rubbed, I was rubbing through the black paint. They are only track wheels, and it is the inner barrel, but wow. I never expected that.

Enkei is a well respected wheel that should be JWL/VIA certified, so it should be a strong wheel.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

All 3 finishes of the 18x10" ET25 EC-7 wheels arrived back in stock as of today. If our site said it was out of stock, it was an old/general ETA.

Lacquer thinner is not the appropriate chemical to use on a wheel. They are just as sensitive as the body's paint. Adhesive remover is the correct substance to use. Lacquer thinner when applied to painted surfaces will begin to soften and remove the finish depending on how it was applied.
