Better not irritate Loudoun County or Fairfax LEOs... they will just shoot your ass and claim you were threatening them.

Hint: If you get tased by an LEO, take a seat and follow instructions, rather than continuing to threaten him or her with a lethal weapon. It's safer for your health in the short term.

AFAIC, it was nice of them to try the taser first. They won't cut you the same slack if you point a gun instead of a knife.

Isn't it nice to know a radar detector violation will get you neither tased nor shot?

I had a V1 for a while but ended up selling it. Driving between MD and VA it was more trouble than it was worth. I think in the time I had it I found 1 speed trap. Most of the time at least where I drive (I270) it seems like most speeding busts are by unmarked cars pacing you in traffic.
Yep this is what I'm most worried about.. All the jamming and detection gear in the world can't save you from that.
