A new old photo of my Moonstone M3

Hey guys, I was looking at my photo library last night and I came across a photo that my 12 year old nephew snapped of my car. This photo was taken only a few days after I left IND, when they did the Mining for Moonstone photoshoot of my car in 2010 ......... It is a great shot with a nice background and the stance of the car looks perfect IMO.

The Photo was taken at a place called Hidden Falls, on the Port au Port Peninsula on the West Coast of Newfoundland. Let me know what you guys think!?

Looking at your car will never get old. Debating if i'm starting to like MS a little more than my SSII lol. Wonder how much the paint would pop with some black GTS wheels or gloos black coated 359Ms....

MS is definitely beautiful but SSII is gorgeous too......... Both colors have a lot of the same traits! Not a fan of black wheels myself, but, you can see some photos of the car with silver 359M's on the 4th or 5th page of the Mining for Moonstone thread

clean, understated and quietly aggressive. that's what the M3 is all about, and the color and mods just take that to the next level.

Thanks guys! I love my car and haven't grown tired of it one bit since I first took delivery.

I put a lot of though in when I ordered the car and when picking my mods...... The end result is a car that I adore! thanks to BMW Individual and IND I was able to build my perfect M3!

I am originally from Stephenville, Newfoundland and my folks still live there. I thought it would be a great way to break-in my then brand new M3. My trip was 2 months total and involved me spending time as follows:

1st stop; Saskatchewan with M3post member TTbear at his home

2nd stop; Palatine, Illinois, to spend 5 days with the guys at IND

3rd stop; Stephenvile, Newfoundland, to vacation with my family and friends for 3 weeks

4th stop; Halifax, Nova Scotia, My Fiance's home town to spend time with the in-laws and have a bit of fun with some local M3post members AlexM and Gthal

5th stop; Norwood, Ontario, to spend a few days with my Brother, Sister in-law, and Nephew (who took the photo in the thread).

We also ended up going to a meet with a bunch of the Ontario M3 post members: Jaypod, Gearhead999s, Mark's M, revmmm, ALM3, SlammedM6, markymarc1979 and some more I am missing or are not members on here were also in attendance. It rained lightly for the meet but was still an amazing experience and the drinks, eats, conversation and scenery at Moxie's afterwards was great! The T.O. M3 boys are really great!

6th stop; Saskatchewan, for another day with TTBear and his beautiful wife Mary...... It was amazing, he had BBQ ready for me as soon as I got to his place!!! Amazing People!!!

7th stop; Fort McMurray, Alberta, back home just over 2 months after I left with ~18000KM (~11000Miles) on the odometer of the M3.

The trip was an amazing experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The M3 was a great car to do the long distance legs of the trip and I always arrived feeling refreshed! If there was one thing I would change on my M3 it would be a larger fuel tank....... I feel the car gets decent mileage, the tank is just too small!

Also worth mentioning, I met so many amazing BMW enthusiasts on my trip by virtue of the forums. I know BMW owners are labeled as snobs or cocks, but I can tell you, each and every person I met that were BMW enthusiasts were amazing people and I have made many life long friends due to these forums!
