Am i to sensitive or something wrong to my M-dtc

Am i to sensitive or something wrong to my M-dtc, I hear sound click when I stop and go in traffic jam. It's like a gear changing but what i see in speedometer it doesn't change gear. It happen when in D mode. It more noticeable when I choose 1 bar in transmission.

I never heard a click sound when my DCT was in D1 !
That's why i'm thinking it's not normal .

I get the occasional click from the transmission, usually when cold and in D2. Once the car is warm, I drive in S and I don't hear a sound.
