I witnessed a lot of stupidity during that short drive, including a suv swerving all over, recovering, and then smashing through somebody's front lawn. Also an old lady holding the accelerator down while on ice until she went sideways into another car. All this on a short 5ish mile round trip to a convenience store.. I gladly drove my awd vehicle for the rest of the storm and wouldn't of considered serious commuting in my m, you're very brave
Haha thanks. I don't think I'll be taking it out again though if we have this kind of weather. Had to be alert of my surroundings at all times.

That third picture is really cool. Especially after seeing the second one. It looks like you just woke it up and it's seriously pissed
Haha! It sure was pissed.

Last week we had about 2-4 inches and i couldn't make it out of my driveway. Had to shovel a path to the already cleared roads.

The troubles of a rwd car.. i miss my 335Xi on days like this.. that thing was a beast in the snow.

You probably had summers on. I got my winter tires late and tried driving out with my summer tires and it was difficult in 1 inch snow.

You're a brave man Speedy....

...lots braver than me. I'm in South Anchorage too, but my M3 been hooked to a trickle charger and tucked away in my garage since late October. That was a LOT of snow to drive through. Nice and fluffy, but still a lot of snow. I'll look for you on the road in a couple of weeks. It might not look like it today, but summer is coming real fast.
