C63 was driven by the "drift king"

I noticed that as well. I love how clean and crisp the m3 was in the turns. But then again it's absolute sole purpose in life is to carve up the twisties and put a big ass smile on your face while doing it.

No doubt the merc was clearly superior in the straights but damn it had problems being tail happy in and out of the turn. Killed some precious seconds.

On a side note, good god that s65 sounds so amazing! Unbelievable motor.

The facelift C63 has a much improved chassis and the SLS DCT so probably look better than this pre facelift version

They were complaining about the lack of traction on exit for the Merc as well as the brakes getting soft. The ISF and Skyline both drivers were saying how scary the cars were under braking...from what I can gather with my limited knowledge of Japanese. The M3 driver said the Merc was great on the straights.

It seems as though once the M3 passed the others it started to easily pull away.

I've personally driven both cars and the one major thing the M3 succeeds in is weight balance in braking and cornering.
