Active Autowerke| SC Level 2 reaches 91,000 Miles

M3 Post Members,

A customer has recently brought to my attention that his 2008 M3 with an astonishing 91,000 miles on the odometer and is still running strong. Our level 2 supercharger system was installed at only 11,000 miles. In fact, the vehicle is in a shop now awaiting installation of our new gen 2 level 3 Rotrex upgrade.

My old E46 M3 had about 150k AA supercharged. Tracked the s!#^ out of it and ran like a beast, not one issue. It was SMG and never had a problem with that either. Current owner still has it and hasn't had a problem. She should have about 175k now maybe more

Nice man! It won't take me too long to catch up. I daily drive my car about 2500 miles a month, sometimes more! Something to be said about a company that has been around tuning BMWs for so many years. Almost as long as Dinan, correct?

We are pretty close actually. Active has been in business for 32 years and Dinan has been going for 34 years .

I'll post pics of my plenum with my review. CF as well

Andrew,
32 years wow! Even when I was younger 10+ years ago I always remembered Dinan & Active as the "go to" companies. I'm sure there are new companies with great products as well as everyone needs to start somewhere, but being such a respected tuner for that long is quite an achievement.

Can't argue with that. Nice work guys!!! This type of hard, cold, factual info is better than any amount of advertising you can do. It addresses the single biggest concern that most people have.
