Dinan Engine Packages: HP Sum-of-the Parts?

Nothing new component-wise in these engine performance packages, but the HP claimed/graphs are pretty interesting -- and looks to come out pretty closely to just adding up the claimed hp on the component mods!? I know Dinan has one of the most rigorous dyno testing methodologies in the US in terms of simulating true wind effect (and one of few that does engine dynos), but hp numbers seem to be derived by just adding up claimed hp via the sum-of-the parts.
